CONDESA
CONDESA

Definitely the fashion neighborhood you shouldn’t miss. You will find art galleries, bookstores, antiquarian shops, and all kind of painters and artists who have turn La Condesa into their own habitat.

Fuente de Cibeles This is a tourist area crowded by international and national restaurants surrounded by a bohemian environment all along Amsterdam, Tamaulipas, Nuevo Leon and Michoacan streets where you can enjoy Arabian, Cuban, Argentinean, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Mediterranean and Mexican food. It is a good choice for night fun with live music to listen to or dance.
Fuente de Cibeles Even with a predominant gourmet atmosphere, La Condesa also has a number of boutiques and stores with clothes, jewelry, furniture and books among other things that may interest you.
Located on the grounds of an old hacienda, this area was the site of a Porfirian racetrack of which it remains today the ellipse shaped by Amsterdam Avenue. Not very far from there, you can find Park Mexico, considered one of the most beautiful parks in the city, as well as Park España, which is very few meters from Hotel Condesa. This newly refurbished building has a bar on the top floor with a magnificent view of Chapultepec Castle beyond the treetops.
